What You’ll Need
For the Chia Pudding
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 3/4 cup of Harmless Harvest Mango Coconut Smoothie
- 3/4 cup of Harmless Harvest Radiant Greens Coconut Smoothie
- 2 tsp of honey (optional)
For the Jar
- 1/4 cup of nuts and seeds granola
- 1/2 cup of chopped mango
- 4.4 oz Harmless Harvest Unsweetened Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
- 1/2 cup of sliced bananas
- 1 sliced kiwi
- 1/2 cup of diced mango
- 1 tsp. of nut butter
- Fresh mint for topping
- Edible flower for topping (optional)
- Dried lime for topping (optional)
How to Make It
- To make the mango chia pudding, add 1/4 cup of chia seeds to a jar with 3/4 cups of Harmless Harvest Mango Coconut Smoothie. Add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten (optional).
- To make the radiant greens chia pudding, add 1/4 cup of chia seeds to a jar with 3/4 cups of Harmless Harvest Radiant Greens Coconut Smoothie. Add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten (optional).
- Leave both chia puddings in the fridge overnight to thicken.
- Add radiant greens pudding to the base of the jar followed by the 4.4 oz of Harmless Harvest Unsweetened Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative.
- Slice kiwi into thin pieces and place on the side of the jar before layering with nuts and seeds granola.
- Add a thick layer of the mango chia pudding.
- Add diced mango to top of pudding.
- Garnish with some nut butter, sliced bananas, fresh mint, dried lime (optional), and edible flowers (optional). Enjoy!
